    The polycarbonate shatterproof envelope virtually eliminates the chance of breakage making it ideal for many applications including festoon lighting, Christmas displays, accent lighting and more.

    There is normally a 1-3 day lead time for these items. For larger orders we may have to source additional stock from our UK supplier. These times are dependent on our current workload and should only be used as a guideline.

  • Returns

    You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery and return the goods supplied to us for a refund of the price of the goods.

    You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention sending an email to: sales@powershackshop.co.uk

    The goods must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase to:

    Any goods supplied must be returned to the address above at your own expense within the seven days of your notice to cancel. We recommend that you use a Tracked Delivery service as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

    If the goods are defective, damaged or faulty your postage costs will be refunded.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

We will deliver your Goods in accordance with the availability shown on the product page.

For Goods shown as in-stock they will be dispatched on the next available dispatch date indicated in the red header box displayed at the top of every page on our Site. 

For goods not in stock and shown as available in a number of working days they will usually be dispatched within that period. If for whatever reason we cannot source items which are not in stock then we will advise you of this by email as soon as possible. 

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Goods to the address you have given to us.
