Refund Policy

1. This policy sets out the returns for goods or services purchased through this online site. Within reason we try to operate a no quibble policy where most returns are accepted. For the times they are not this is because the item has obviously been used or damaged in such a way that we cannot offer it for resale. 

2. This policy excludes custom (made to measure) items such as Industrial Extension Leads where refunds will only be provided if the goods have been damaged in transportation or supplied incorrectly by us. In such cases a full refund will be processed together with all costs for return delivery. 

3. If you would like to return a product you have purchased please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item.

4. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and where relevant must be in the original packaging.

5. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if you change your mind about a purchase within 14 working days after the date of delivery you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price including standard costs for the goods you wish to return. Please note that express delivery including next day and timed delivery options will not be refunded if they were delivered on time. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

6 Please contact us if the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly or you think the item was not as described in the item description. We may be able to resolve the problem without you having to return the item. If we cannot resolve the problem and the item is considered to be defective, damaged or not as described we will pay for return delivery of the item. Larger items will be collected from your premises but in some instances items you will have to take the parcel to a drop off point such as a Post Office. 

7. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not and credit your original method of payment. This will be actioned the same day your refund has been agreed. Some card providers can take up to 10 days before your refund will show in your account. This is their time frame and we have no control over this.

8. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid and not the amount the item was listed for.

9. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
