    To plan your site setup efficiently, please review our standard tier-based production lead times:

    • Quantities 1–3 Cables: Dispatch within 24 hours (Same-day dispatch available if ordered before our daily cut-off time).
    • Quantities 4–10 Cables: Assembled and ready for courier pickup within 1 to 3 working days.
    • Quantities 11–30 Cables: Mid-volume commercial manufacturing requires 2 to 5 working days.
    • Quantities 30+ Bulk Orders: Commercial site distribution runs take 3 to 7 working days depending on current workshop loads.

Because all our 32A to 13A weatherproof extension leads are not off-the-shelf stock items but are custom-assembled to your specified lengths and plug types, they are subject to specialised returns guidelines.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

We will deliver your Goods in accordance with the availability shown on the product page.

For Goods shown as in-stock they will be dispatched on the next available dispatch date indicated in the red header box displayed at the top of every page on our Site. 

For goods not in stock and shown as available in a number of working days they will usually be dispatched within that period. If for whatever reason we cannot source items which are not in stock then we will advise you of this by email as soon as possible. 

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Goods to the address you have given to us.
